Cancel your membership
Your membership renews every month until you cancel. Cancel here and it stops renewing. You don't need to give a reason.
Before you cancel
- Your care, including follow-ups, messaging and refills, continues until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- After that, we can no longer prescribe or refill your medications.
- Rejoin within 3 months and you pick up at $49 a month. After that, you start again with a $99 visit.
- Past membership payments aren't refunded, except for billing mistakes or other exceptional circumstances.
Cancel online
Your cancellation is in.
Your membership will not renew. Your care continues until the end of the month you've already paid for. We've sent a confirmation, with the exact date, to the email you gave us.
